Terrie,

What a beautiful memorial site for your son Joey.

I am particularly touched by all the wonderful pictures, all the powerful poems, and especially by the "My Brother and Me" page.

I am so inspired by what you have been able to create here ... perhaps I will now create a memorial for my Elizabeth ... something I've never done before.

Your sons are certainly handsome young men!

Love and compassion, Billy Brown, Beth's Daddy

I do not know exactly what to say. I have not experienced a loss like this myself. I do remember seeing Joey outside with his dog, Skylee. My two year old son loves Skylee so much. They are playmates together when both are outside.

This memorial is very nice and you should be proud. It too brought tears to my eyes when I think back to when I first heard of the news. I know that nothing I say will make the pain go away. I do know that I will smile more when I walk by your house and see the tree in the front yard- knowing that Joey is in heaven watching down on us.

Terrie What an incredibly touching tribute to your Joey. Our middle sons were born on the same exact day and year. I lost my oldest son who was 15 months older than my middle son Jason. I lost my son 15 years ago April 25th at the age of 12 from Leukemia. This has given me hope that I will heal and keep Adam alive forever at the same time. I loved the acceptance page. Thank you for sharing. I have so many questions for you and hope we can talk again soon. Love you, Laurie Adam's mom

I do not know you but I would like to say that your memorial has touched my heart. My brother pasted away March 25, 2006. He too was in a car accident, him being the driver. We are not sure what happened only that he went off the road and was ejected from the vehicle. He had turned 20 March 24, 2006. My family has never lost an immediate member of the family. I am 8 years older than my brother so I helped in raising him. The pain is almost unbearable. My mother and father are beside theirselves with grief. I am not sure why I am telling you all of this but it helps to know that we are not alone. It gives me a little hope that we will make it through so thank you for letting me visit your site.

I truly enjoyed viewing the special pages created by my aunt. When my family moved to New Jersey in the early 80's, we did not have much contact with our relatives in PA. The last time I saw Joey was at my wedding in 1991. This memorial enabled me to better know the kind of person my cousin was when he was here on earth. Although it made me more sad to learn everything that I had missed about him, it also left me with a sense of peace. I thank my aunt for her time and dedication in creating such a beautiful place to remember Joey.
