As long as I can dream,
As long as I can think,
As long as I have memory,
I will love you.

As long as I have eyes to see,
and ears to hear,
and lips to speak,
I will love you.

As long as I live and heart to feel,
A soul stirring within me,
An imagination to hold you,
I will love you.

As long as there is time,
As long as there is love,
As long as there is you,
And as long as I have a breath
to speak your name,
I will love you.
Because I love you more than
anything in all the world.

When raindrops fall, I feel you
When morning comes, I see you,
When evening comes I miss you,
When snowflakes come, I wait for you.

When winter comes I'm lonely,
When summer comes I need you,
When spring is here and all seems right,
Rebirth of all that's you.

Love, Mom

Third Anniversary and 25th Birthday

Three long years have gone by,
It's hard to believe,
That you were here beside me,
and then you had to leave.
Forever 21, that's what you'll always be,
Our memories of you,
So precious, can't you see?
That's all we have are memories now,
but that will just be fine,
Because Joey, you'll always be,
that precious child of mine.

Love, Mom

Dearest Joey,
Your candle's shining brightly
on the grieving parents site,
Your room is filled with Christmas
Strings,of brightly colored lights,
Our tree is filled with angels,
your name on everyone,
From birth to death I see you,
newborn to twenty-one.

This Christmas Day will be the
same, as the three that have all passed,
You're not here, not in the flesh,
but in my heart you'll last.
I miss you so much, my sweet boy,
I can't imagine why,
how I keep on going year to year,
without your sweet goodbye,
Be happy with the angels,
you've met along the way,
They'll be your friends forever,
Forever and a Day.
Sweet Dreams My Angel,
Merry Christmas,
Love, Mom

I Did Not Die

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on the snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle Autumn rain.
When you awaken in morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush.
Of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.

Dear Joey Easter 2006

Keep my memory with you,
For memories never die,
I will be there with you,
When you look across the sky.
I will be there in the clouds,
In the birds that fill the air.
In the beauty of a fragrant rose,
You will find my memory there.
You will find me in the tenderness
of a tiny baby's touch,
You will hear me if you listen,
In the twilights gentle hush,
When your heart is heavy,
And you feel that you're alone,
Just reach down deep inside of you
For your heart is now my home
I always will be with you,
I'll never go away,
For I will live on in your heart.
Forever and a Day.

With Love, Mom

Precious One Mommy and Daddy were given a gift, carried by Angels on golden wings, I remember the day, oh so well, sit now and listen as I tell. We prayed for an angel, then you came along, we were so happy, our hearts filled with song. You can bring on a smile, with the things that we do, patty-cake,patty-cake peek-a-boo,too. Your cute little giggle, when you try to speak, looking so peaceful, when you're asleep. My sweet little baby, I love you so much, love when we cuddle, 'n love your soft touch. God sent us an Angel, the day you were born, I'll love you for always, You're my precious one. Rose Marie Streeter, 2005
